On June 23, 2022, 09:44 UTC BeliColombo mission (ESA, JAXA) has made its second gravity assist of planet Mercury. Several instruments of the scientific payload took the chance to make the measurements, and among them was MGNS, Mercury's Gamma- and Neutron Spectrometer, made at IKI.

In the first half of June of June, 2022, students from school No67 visited IKI again for the next part of scientific holidays (project "Academic Class in Moscow School").

In the beginning of June 2022 IKI hosted scientific holidays for students from school No444 as part of the project "Academic Class at Moscow School".

Third Space Fest "108 minutes". dedicated to the 165th anniversary of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, was a success on June 11-12, 2022 in Kaluga.

As of June 12, 2022 Mikhail Pavlinsky ART-XC X-ray telescope onboard SRG observatory has studied more than one quarter of Galactic plane, which is the wealthiest region of X-ray sky, mostly in the Northern hemisphere and continues to scan it in the Southern.

New Academy members were elected at the General Assembly of the RAS. The results were made public on June, 2, during the Assembly.

The official ceremony took place at Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, led by the Minister Valery Falkov.
